Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- •2+ years of consulting experience
- •Strong Life Sciences background with interest in Quality value chain or R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Safety
- •Good understanding of technologies used in Quality, ideally Veeva’s platforms and solutions
- •Good understanding of business capabilities and drivers in digital technology in health and life sciences
- •Proven analytical skills
- •Problem-solving mindset
- •Demonstrated leadership of others
- •Highly efficient project management skills
- •Skilled in facilitating collaboration
- •Ability to work effectively with people at all levels
- •Strong personal impact and ability to influence stakeholders
- •Effective communicator verbally and written in English
- •Ability to travel roughly up to 25%
- •Post-graduate-level qualification, Ph.D., MD, and/or MBA
- •Experience with digital technologies
- •Experience working with SaaS solutions

- •Lead workstreams in project engagements
- •Plan, organize, and manage project delivery
- •Ensure project scope, quality, resources, risk, and timelines are met
- •Design, build, and deliver project-specific deliverables
- •Identify and solve customer problems proactively
- •Serve as the primary client contact for operational questions
- •Develop relationships through discussions, workshops, and communication
- •Manage priorities of Associate Consultants in the workstream
- •Support and mentor Associates in skill development
- •Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders
- •Provide industry insights to customers
- •Contribute to business development opportunities and proposals
- •Help develop and share thought leadership
