- •Lead performance of L3 and L4 processes.
- •Act as a subject matter expert and data steward.
- •Collaborate with BCLs, BCOs, and customers for solutions.

- •Track and troubleshoot process and system issues.
- •Work with teams to identify root causes.
- •Submit remediation requests for system issues.
- •Develop and update global training materials.
- •Create and maintain process flows and documentation.
