Anforderungen

- •Audit processes across Marketing, Sales & Account Management, Product, Support, and People
- •Identify inefficiencies and implement AI, automation, or process improvements
- •Design and deploy automated workflows using no/low-code platforms
- •Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams
- •Enhance AI-enabled solutions for internal systems and support functions
- •Take ownership of critical workflows, including external Call Center management
- •Ensure service quality while redesigning internal processes to reduce manual touchpoints
- •Build monitoring and KPI frameworks for Leadership visibility
