This approach empowers teams across the organization while directly benefiting patients. ### The opportunity We are looking for a business expert to support the 'Affiliate and Distribution' Agile team. Your role includes the following tasks: * Enhancing the Aspire\* Global Template: This involves adding new capabilities, supporting its deployment, and ensuring it continually aligns with the evolving needs of the business. * Defining Business Requirements: You'll be responsible for gathering and articulating precise business requirements and evaluating potential solutions to meet them. * System Design Validation: A key part of the role is to ensure that the system's design effectively fulfills all functional requirements. * Collaboration with IT: You'll work closely with IT teams on solution definition, assist with testing phases, and contribute to training efforts. * Challenging the Status Quo: The role encourages questioning existing processes to identify and implement improvements. * Technology Implementation: You'll actively participate in the implementation of new technologies. * Issue Management: This includes managing and resolving any issues that arise during project lifecycles. \*ASPIRE is an enterprise-wide business transformation program that harmonizes all core end-to-end processes across the Roche enterprise and enables their execution from one standardized IT system template. ### Who you are We are looking for someone who can work effectively in diverse teams, deal with ambiguity, and possess a continuous improvement mindset. Furthermore, you bring the below qualifications and experience: * Degree in Business/Supply Chain Logistics * Experience in the ASPIRE project, * Experience in SAP logistics module(s), ideally EWM WMS and LE-IDW are required * Strong technical, project management, and communication skills. * Experience with SAFE methodologies **Roche is an Equal Opportunity Employer.**
