Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Informatics, Data Science, or related field
- •2-4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, business intelligence, consulting, or related role
- •Proficiency in analysis of financial and commercial metrics
- •Experience with financial software systems (e.g. Lucanet, Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce, BI tools)
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- •Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or office environment
- •Fluency in written and spoken German and English is mandatory
- •Experience in the technology or software industry
- •Ability to analyze and query large-scale data with SQL, Python, or R
- •Familiarity with cloud data warehouses, e.g. Snowflake
- •Familiarity with German (HGB) financial reporting standards and practices
- •Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- •Collect and analyze financial data
- •Prepare comprehensive reports on SaaS metrics, revenue, expenses, and profitability
- •Deliver regular management, shareholder, and lender reports
- •Manage data sources and dashboards for key financial and non-financial metrics
- •Enhance the finance analytics data layer for real-time data accuracy
- •Assist in preparing annual budgets and periodic forecasts
- •Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts
- •Identify variances and recommend corrective actions
- •Collaborate with departments to gather financial information for strategic planning
- •Provide analytical support for market analysis and financial feasibility studies
- •Utilize financial software tools to streamline reporting and analysis
- •Identify opportunities to improve financial systems and processes
- •Prepare and present financial reports to management
- •Communicate key insights and recommendations effectively
- •Act as a liaison between finance and other departments
