Your mission

As a Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for designing customized, business-critical software for industry leaders - together with global and agile teams. You'll translate business requirements into technical requirements, design solutions, services and new business models as well as identify opportunities for improvement and manage change in the team and with the customer. Developing epics and stories from abstract requirements and support their implementation and to have the freedom to design and take responsibility yourself is also a part of this job. Your keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities will be essential as you contribute to our state-of-the-art projects.

Your profile

• Professional experience as a business analyst

• Several years of experience with methods and tools in process and requirements analysis as well as in data and software modeling

• Beneficial but not required: a degree in (business) informatics or in the natural sciences

• Solid understanding of API development, databases, and basic development skills

• Experience with agile methodologies is a plus

• Very good communication skills and understanding of software development processes

• Motivation through successful technical solutions with a focus on the customer and their added value

• Proactive attitude towards continuous learning and the willingness to grow and adapt to new technologies

• Good knowledge of German and English
