Anforderungen
- •Proven track record of successful performance in a similar role
- •ITIL Incident, Problem and Change process knowledge
- •Technical degree in IT or business related area
- •Business fluent in both English and German
- •Knowledge of Avaloq Core & Front Platform with certification
- •SQL and basic knowledge of Oracle DB
- •Knowledge of payments, trading or regulatory reporting

- •Interact with clients to ensure service delivery
- •Analyze customer requirements
- •Resolve incidents and issues in a productive environment
- •Monitor application availability
- •Coordinate with the service desk and delivery units
- •Follow the incident management process end-to-end
- •Conduct impact analysis and troubleshooting
- •Collaborate with other teams as needed
- •Perform high-level analysis of new client requirements
- •Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the development team
- •Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- •Manage expectations of end users and stakeholders
- •Onboard new bank services into service delivery
- •Propose new ideas to enhance service quality
