## Buchhalter/Accountant (w/m/x)
#### Your Responsibilities
* Independently manage financial accounting including reviewing, coding, and posting transactions as well as maintaining prepaid expenses (ARAP)
* Maintain and reconcile accounts, manage open items, and resolve discrepancies
* Perform fixed asset accounting, including recording asset acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation
* Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with **HGB and local regulations**
* Assist in preparing reports and analyses for internal management reporting
* Contribute to the optimization and digitization of accounting processes
* Actively participate in building an internal accounting structure by transitioning bookkeeping from the external tax office, implementing DATEV, and migrating existing financial data
* Be part of the **Group Accounting team** and contribute to financial accounting and coordination of accounting processes for our entities in Germany, Austria, and the UK in compliance with **HGB and local regulations**
* Collaborate with Controlling, HR as well as external tax advisors and auditors
* Support the integration of new entities and harmonization of processes and chart of accounts

## Requirements
**What you will add to our Crew:**
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
* At least 3–5 years of professional experience in accounting.
* Deep knowledge of **HGB** and experience in preparing financial statements.
* Hands-on experience with **DATEV Rechnungswesen** and **DATEV Unternehmen Online**, ideally including system implementation.
* Expertise in financial process optimization and automation, with strong process thinking and a digital mindset.
* Fluent in both **German** and **English** (written and spoken).
* Familiarity with **LucaNet** or similar consolidation tools is a plus.
