- •Strong organization, coordination, and communication skills

- •Support the Project Manager in project coordination
- •Ensure communication between engineering, production, and quality teams
- •Monitor project planning, costs, risks, and deliverables
- •Assist with reporting and gateway preparation
- •Track budget and monitor costs and investments
- •Support customer activities like APQP and PPAP
- •Assist with build events and technical reviews
- •Contribute to the industrialization phase for serial production
- •Identify scope changes and propose corrective actions
- •Apply internal standards for efficient project execution
- •Promote team coordination and continuous improvement
