**Position Summary**
As a **Brand Insight Lead**, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and delivering analysis and insights to the Marketing teams, primarily focusing on End to End Marketing and Brand & Comms. You will act as a strategic insight partner, nurturing a deep understanding of the Nespresso Target Consumer and providing relevant input into strategic documents with the ultimate purpose to engage and delight coffee drinkers around the world with relevant and distinctive brand experiences. Additionally, you will lead the Brand Health Tracking program, ensuring it is optimized and effectively integrated into the business.
**A Day in the Life of a Brand Insight Lead**
* Collaborate with brand builders to develop strategic documents such as Target Consumer Portrait, Big Idea Brief, Integrated Brief, based on genuine consumer insights
* Design, develop and execute the approved annual brand insight plan
* Oversee research processes, ensuring timely completion and effective communication of findings
* Manage the brand insight budget in compliance with Finance and Procurement guidelines
* Synthesize and disseminate brand insights using multiple data sources and monitor competitive activities
* Lead the Brand Health Tracking Programme in collaboration with the Coffee Strategic Business Unit
* Develop a new Measurement Framework to evaluate brand performance and growth opportunities and drive consistent KPIs across markets
* Foster a culture of consumer-driven decision-making and measurement within the organization
**What will make you successful**
* University degree in Marketing or equivalent
* Solid experience in market research within Nestlé or equivalent FMCG environments and/or major research agencies
* Extensive experience in analyzing consumer data
* Strong foundation in various research techniques, incl. segmentation, trends, and brand equity analysis. Expertise in big idea, creative development, pre/post testing, campaign analysis, and good understanding of media principles and consumer experience framework
* Excellent analytical skills and ability to manage big data
* Outstanding communication skills, ability to synthesize and simplify complex issues, translating insights into compelling stories and clear recommendations
* Project management skills, including stakeholder management and managing specialized professionals
* Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented with strong business acumen
* Proficiency in English is a must; knowledge of additional languages is a strong advantage
