Anforderungen

  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, event marketing, brand management, or digital marketing
  • Strong experience with trade fairs, conferences, and customer-facing B2B events
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Strong strategic thinking with a focus on business outcomes
  • Excellent project management skills to handle multiple marketing initiatives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
  • High flexibility and willingness to travel within Europe
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to monitor KPIs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Deine Aufgaben

  • Lead the end-to-end brand experience for B2B events, trade shows, and tech days
  • Develop event concepts aligned with value propositions and buyer personas
  • Plan and execute trade show appearances, including booth design and visitor journey
  • Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, booth builders, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure brand consistency across all physical touchpoints
  • Translate brand and product strategy into compelling B2B storytelling
  • Act as a brand ambassador in all event-related communications
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns to support events
  • Support thought leadership initiatives through event content and speaker positioning
  • Initiate communication on digital touchpoints like social media and newsletters
  • Integrate events into CRM and marketing automation workflows for lead capture
  • Support Account-Based Marketing initiatives related to key events
  • Define and track KPIs for lead management and brand visibility
  • Analyze event and campaign performance
  • Use insights to optimize event formats and digital activations
