Anforderungen
- •Bachelor or Masters in Scientific, Medical or Healthcare field
- •Substantial experience in biomarkers in clinical/diagnostic development or pharmaceutical/biotechnology R&D
- •Prior People Management experience
- •Comprehensive understanding of global Pharma Clinical development in international settings
- •Experience managing large, matrixed organizations and developing high-performing teams
- •Fluency in English with additional language skills as an asset

- •Deliver on the Biomarker Operations strategy
- •Architect and translate the overall biomarker operational strategy
- •Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Scientific, and Data stakeholders
- •Build and strengthen a cross-functional network of stakeholders
- •Provide strategic biomarker operational leadership
- •Stay updated on industry developments in biosample operations
- •Implement new approaches and optimize operational processes
- •Represent the Biomarker TA/DA Asset in scientific and operational teams
- •Demonstrate collective leadership within the organization
- •Engage in scientific review forums to influence biomarker strategies
- •Foster a culture of collaboration and inclusivity
- •Inspire and develop talent within the team
- •Conduct regular performance assessments and provide feedback
- •Manage 8-10 direct reports, including other leaders
