Anforderungen

  • •Degree in Business, IT, or related field
  • •Experience in the insurance industry
  • •Health insurance or Insurtech experience
  • •Certification in health insurance (INS/LOMA/III)
  • •Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools
  • •Solid business analysis skills
  • •Excellent time management and communication skills
  • •Familiarity with system functionality, data integration, and process documentation
  • •Technical writing experience
  • •Fluency in English and Spanish
  • •Prior experience working for a tech vendor serving insurance clients

  • •Collaborate with clients and tech teams to analyze business problems

  • •Plan and design business processes and system modifications
  • •Gather and document business requirements

  • •Support business application testing
  • •Draft user stories and business requirements documentation
  • •Assist in QA, UAT, and project release phases
  • •Contribute to time estimations and procedural documentation
  • •Aid in understanding technical aspects of mobile and web applications
  • •Mentor other analysts and oversee their work
