•Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
•Minimum 3 years of experience in product development in sport products or consumer goods
•Advanced user knowledge of 3D software
•Ability to work in an engineering team with collaboration skills
•Project management experience
•Creativity and appreciation of good design
•User knowledge of FEA software
•Knowledge of manufacturing processes: composite, machining, forging, plastic injection
•Proactivity and self-awareness
•Willingness to travel
•Fluency in English, French, or German
•Avid biker
•Knowledge of bicycle mechanics
•Knowledge of bike components and wheels

Deine Aufgaben

•Define technical specifications with Product Managers
•Collaborate with teams to explore new concepts and solutions
•Support designers and 3D modelers during the design phase
•Coordinate and follow up on project planning and milestones
•Validate function and dimensions of concepts and solutions
•Provide 3D models to the simulation team for validation
•Model industrial 3D files in collaboration with Designers and factories
•Validate tooling, material choices, and processes
•Monitor tests to ensure performance and product safety targets
•Visit suppliers to validate manufacturing processes
•Assist marketing with workshops and shows preparation
•Manage assigned projects to meet production timelines
•Oversee design phase, 3D modeling, and industrialization
•Validate all technical aspects with Product Managers and suppliers
