•Design and orient the end-to-end Plan-to-Steer process
•Implement innovative methods and the latest BI technologies
•Drive the integration of Business Intelligence solutions
•Manage requirements and integration processes
•Define and enforce standards and guidelines
•Support rollouts in the Business Intelligence Transformation program
•Train key users and document processes
•Promote continuous improvement and data literacy
