•Monitor tool usage and address gaps in adoption
•Consolidate and analyze data for CSR and strategic planning
•Provide insights based on historical trends and forecasts
•Develop and maintain dashboards for decision-making
•Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency
•Ensure consistency of reported data across platforms
•Liaise with Finance, Sales, Operations, and HR for reporting needs
•Support cross-functional projects with data analysis
•Identify opportunities for improving data flows and reporting
•Stay informed on digital trends and propose innovative solutions
