- •Encourage daily SQCDP meetings and weekly team meetings.
- •Ensure compliance with FOD and security rules.
- •Suggest corrective actions as needed.

- •Report deviations or concerns to the Team Leader.
- •Oversee proper handovers between teams.
- •Manage requests from team members.
- •Document work orders and maintain tool cleanliness.
