## Job Description **How does your working day look like...** * You take care of smooth processes and workplaces, so that you can work hand in hand as a team - even if all guests come at the same time. * You enjoy working with people and taking care of the well-being of others. * As a trained gastronome you never run out of things to do and conjure up the wow in the guest's face * Preparation and serving of creative Spritz drinks as well as other cocktails and long drinks for the restaurant and Bar * Advising guests on our drinks and recommending suitable combinations * Responsibility for ordering and stocking spirits and other drinks * Ensuring the quality and attractive presentation of drinks * Supporting the development of new Spritz creations * Cash register activities and accounting at the end of the shift * Organization and maintenance of the bar area ## Qualifications **Your personality counts more than your CV...** * Experience at the bar is required * Passion for drinks, especially for aperitifs, bitters and spritz creations * Basic knowledge of spirits, liqueurs and cocktail preparation * Reliable and independent way of working * Strong communication skills and friendly manner towards guests * Team player with organizational skills and an affinity for trends in the bar scene * Willingness to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays) * You are enthusiastic about good food and drinks and like to discover new concepts * You do not only bring your skills, but also your character ## Additional Information **What`s in it for you...** * Only work 4 days the week as a full-time team member * Get to know all the other 25hours Hotels and stay for free for a maximum of 10 nights per year as a employee * Get an extra allowance for travelling by public transport and take advantage of fantastic offers from our cooperative partners! * Take advantage of being a part of Ennismore and get generous discounts when visiting our bars and restaurants as well as booking hotel rooms all over the world * Benefits from great offers from our numeros cooperations partners * Reconcile your personal situation with work - we are open to parttime employments and other adjustments * Be part of our hilarous staff parties and much more...
