## Job Description **How does your working day look like ...** * You will plan the work schedule, lead the team and support your colleagues in their development * You ensure correct billing and clean administrative processes * You take responsibility for your budget and develop the bar entrepreneurially * You are a competent and open-minded contact and sparring partner for the highballers * You support your colleagues with an infectious smile when all the guests storm the bar at the same time and want a drink * You stay on top of things even when plans change spontaneously ## Qualifications **Your personality counts more than your CV ...** * You have gained initial management experience in a bar and speak fluent English * You can inspire your colleagues just as much as your guests.
