Anforderungen
- •3+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer or comparable role
- •Strong understanding of backend architecture, API design, and relational databases
- •Experience building and maintaining digital products used by real customers
- •Ability to write clean, testable, maintainable code and improve legacy code
- •Background in real estate, PropTech, ClimateTech, or related digital products
- •Experience with B2B SaaS platforms
- •Familiarity with multi-tenant application architectures
- •Exposure to modern PHP frameworks, domain-driven design, or service-oriented architectures
- •Customer-obsessed approach with strong stakeholder empathy
- •Ownership mentality with hands-on execution and 'get-things-done' mindset
- •Comfort with ambiguity in fast-evolving environments
- •Structured problem-solving and analytical thinking
- •High degree of self-initiative and curiosity across Tech, Product, and Design
