Avionics Infrastructure Engineer(m/w/x)

As an Avionics Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a key role in satellite development projects by managing IT infrastructure, automating tools, and providing support. You will ensure smooth operations through effective problem analysis and coordination.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, aerospace engineering, or similar qualification
• •Adaptability and quick adjustment to new conditions and software technologies
• •Familiarity with the satellite development process
• •First experience with database management systems
• •First experience in verification & validation
• •Preferably knowledge of functional avionics in the space sector
• •First experience with satellite check-out systems is desirable
• •Good knowledge of state-of-the-art IT infrastructure and network technologies
• •Good knowledge in Git, Linux standard commands, Bash scripting, Python, and Java
• •Optionally experience with CI/CD (Jenkins) and Ansible
• •Good communication skills and proactive mindset
• •Ability to work in an international environment
• •Experience with collaboration in a multi-disciplinary team
• •Managing interfaces to stakeholders from different backgrounds
• •Experience with development processes and methods in aerospace engineering
