Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead planning and process development for Planned Maintenance Elements
- •Manage teams of technical and non-technical personnel
- •Enable line leaders to achieve SQCDSM targets
- •Participate in Daily Management Systems meetings
- •Own technology and process settings for equipment
- •Manage Progressive Maintenance systems and KPIs
- •Oversee Repairs & Maintenance budget for the line
- •Develop and execute preventive and time-based maintenance plans
- •Build technical and maintenance skills of shift technicians
- •Lead PM systems and processes at the line and department levels
- •Collaborate with Asset and Reliability team for system improvements
- •Manage Change Management and localization of spares
- •Conduct breakdown analysis and R&M cost reduction
- •Represent the line as the site technology owner in forums
- •Assist in VSU for new initiatives and enable the VSU team
- •Support line leaders in benchmarking and reapplication
- •Serve as a subject matter expert and trainer on PM topics
