- •3-5 years of experience as a software engineer, automation engineer, or similar role
- •Strong proficiency in at least one programming language, e.g., Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- •Experience working with APIs and building integrations
- •Solid data handling skills using SQL
- •Familiarity with low-code platforms
- •Experience integrating AI technologies into business processes
- •Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, particularly Github Actions
- •Product mindset focusing on outcomes and user experience
- •Experience with ETL tools and techniques for data integration and transformation
- •Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
