Deine Aufgaben
- •Manage customer relationships
- •Oversee equipment installation environment during activities
- •Facilitate on-site communication with the customer for installation and logistics
- •Ensure safe, high-quality, and timely equipment installation following KONE methods
- •Report installation progress to the installation supervisor
- •Report shortages or damage and order replacement parts promptly
- •Maintain installation tooling in safe and good condition
- •Ensure secure storage and handling of delivered equipment
- •Communicate with the builder to avoid installation interruptions
- •Familiarize with the A.M. manual and field letter updates
- •Ensure a safe working environment during installation activities
- •Receive, check, and store materials
- •Install according to predetermined methods and schedule
- •Submit timekeeping reports, quality feedback forms, and warranty claims
- •Provide feedback to improve the product for the supply line
- •Train and coach trainees and helpers as required by the supervisor
