Deine Aufgaben

•Manage customer relationships
•Oversee equipment installation environment during activities
•Facilitate on-site communication with the customer for installation and logistics
•Ensure safe, high-quality, and timely equipment installation following KONE methods
•Report installation progress to the installation supervisor
•Report shortages or damage and order replacement parts promptly
•Maintain installation tooling in safe and good condition
•Ensure secure storage and handling of delivered equipment
•Communicate with the builder to avoid installation interruptions
•Familiarize with the A.M. manual and field letter updates
•Ensure a safe working environment during installation activities
•Receive, check, and store materials
•Install according to predetermined methods and schedule
•Submit timekeeping reports, quality feedback forms, and warranty claims
•Provide feedback to improve the product for the supply line
•Train and coach trainees and helpers as required by the supervisor
