Anforderungen

  • •Extensive experience in audiovisual support and maintenance
  • •Familiarity with AV over IP, Dante Audio networking, and NDI
  • •Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • •Excellent English language ability
  • •German language proficiency
  • •Previous work experience within an international organisation

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Provide audiovisual and IT support for seminars, meetings, workshops, and conferences
  • •Maintain internal and external networks for live and on-demand streaming
  • •Support Zoom-based videoconferencing across EMBL and manage licensing
  • •Collaborate with AV colleagues and conference organizers to design and maintain conference platforms
  • •Coordinate staffing for conference and meeting events
  • •Record high-quality digital videos of live events, including live streaming
  • •Supervise and maintain conference and meeting rooms for audiovisual readiness
  • •Respond to client requests regarding audiovisual needs
  • •Plan and implement technical setups for meetings, including offsite support
