Then apply to become part of our founding team! * Research, prototype, finetune and develop state-of-the-art AI models * Work collaboratively and on eye-level with our co-founders and other colleagues from the machine learning and software engineering teams * Independently manage and advance projects within Melotech’s strategy * Create large, efficient, and automated data processing and machine-learning pipelines * Be involved in the development and maintenance of our scalable ML backend * Present and quantify the results of your research and share it with the engineering team ##### Your profile * Degree in machine learning, computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics, or other highly numerical disciplines * 1-3 years of working with Python and ML-related libraries as well as deep learning frameworks for generative AI, especially audio/music/signal processing * Excellent knowledge of machine learning, algorithms, linear algebra, data structures, and software engineering * Prior experience in successfully deploying machine learning models into production * Expertise in MLOps practices ##### Why us? * Be one of the first employees of our young startup with attractive equity packages and a competitive salary * Flat hierarchies, mutual appreciation, and a collaborative atmosphere in an international, young, and dynamic team * High flexibility around working time and working remotely + 30 days of holiday per year
