## Job Description We are on the lookout for an Associate, Product Manager II - User behavior Tracking to join the central Data Platform tribe within Tech Foundations vertical on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences for our internal users. As a member of the Tech Foundation Team, you’ll support Delivery Hero’s rapid innovation and growth. You’ll work on foundational systems that enable faster feature development, security, and reliability across our global engineering community. Every enhancement you make will contribute to our teams' ability to build, scale, and deliver quality features—ultimately impacting millions of users worldwide. In the central Data Platform tribe, you’ll drive the product vision, strategy, and execution of DH's core data infrastructure, supporting thousands of internal users on leveraging data to provide an amazing experience for millions of customers across 70+ countries. As the PM for experimentation you will lead our in-house tracking solution, Perseus. Perseus offers a real-time, granular view of user interactions across frontend and backend systems, enabling both product analytics and tracking-data based operational use cases. In this role you would have following responsibilities * Co-own the vision, strategy, and roadmap of Delivery Hero’s global in-house user behavior tracking platform in close collaboration with Sn. PMs and engineering teams. * Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders from all Delivery Hero brands, data and product teams to align priorities, ensure transparency, and deliver scalable solutions. * Drive platform adoption and elevating tracking practices with a focus on driving incremental business impact. * Lead a cross-functional squad, managing priorities and partnering with Engineering Managers to balance long-term vision with day-to-day execution. * Define & Govern Tracking Standards, own the process for defining and evolving our global tracking schema and standards. * Promote a data-driven culture by advocating for the importance of accurate and comprehensive user behavior tracking as the bedrock of data-driven decision-making. Provide guidance, documentation, and support to teams implementing tracking. ## Qualifications * Solid experience contributing to product launch and iterations on **technical products, ideally in consumer and data-heavy environments.** * Hands-on experience with **user behavior event data, schemas, tracking plans, and ensuring data quality and consistency.** Familiarity with Tracking Tools such as Google Analytics . * Experience working with engineers on **data pipelines, SDKs, and backend systems**. Familiarity with cloud (AWS/GCP) and data warehousing is a plus. * Proven experience in **defining product strategy and translating it into action with engineering team**s.
