Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
- •Master's degree or equivalent experience advantageous
- •Practical experience in chemical process development
- •Utilization of fundamental analytical methods like HPLC and NMR
- •Passion for working in a chemical laboratory
- •Interest in laboratory automation and data analysis
- •Ability to work independently with precision and reliability
- •Strong teamwork skills
- •Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
- •Experience in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) advantageous
- •Proficiency in English necessary
- •Knowledge of German or willingness to learn German required

Deine Aufgaben
- •Aid in advancing and establishing procedures in Early Phase Expansion
- •Support the setup of new laboratories, including User Requirements Specifications (URS)
- •Collect, summarize, and analyze data for reports and presentations
- •Provide training and support to new team members
- •Address scientific challenges in R&D and contribute to scientific methodologies
- •Demonstrate scientific and technical leadership at the project level
- •Participate in customer meetings and build strong customer relationships
- •Evaluate and implement trends and innovations in your area of expertise
- •Supervise lab professionals to ensure flawless task execution
