Anforderungen
- •3 to 5 years of experience in regulatory reporting
- •5 to 10 years of experience in regulatory reporting, preferably with team coordination or project responsibility
- •Deep knowledge of regulatory reporting in Germany
- •Experience in a financial institution or an auditing/consulting firm
- •Strong understanding of payment systems
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- •Solid data analysis skills and experience working with reporting data
- •Programming knowledge (e.g. VBA, SQL) — not required but considered an advantage
- •German: very good knowledge (required)
- •English: good working knowledge
- •Spanish: not required but a plus
- •Team player

Deine Aufgaben
- •Continuously execute and improve the Performance Management processes
- •Monitor and analyze activity, results, expenses, and investments
- •Ensure compliance with quality and productivity standards
- •Fulfill established KPIs and SLAs
- •Prepare and deliver local statistical, regulatory, and tax reports for the Digital Business
- •Submit reports to the Deutsche Bundesbank and other relevant authorities
- •Perform regular controls to ensure data quality and consistency with balance sheet and P&L statements
- •Utilize data analysis tools to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy
- •Resolve regulatory issues in collaboration with business areas
- •Continuously improve processes and controls through automation
- •Support maintenance of the BAIS reporting software, including updates and interface adjustments
- •Analyze and implement new regulatory requirements promptly
- •Prepare documentation for internal and external auditors
