Anforderungen
- •Degree qualification
- •Genuine interest in Financial Restructuring or complex financial transactions
- •Prior investment banking experience in restructuring or leverage finance
- •Understanding of valuation theory and methodologies
- •Strong quantitative, financial, and analytical skills
- •Strong LBO and DCF modelling skills
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- •Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- •Exceptional strong work ethic

- •Advise companies on out-of-court restructuring transactions
- •Provide advisory services in stressed and distressed situations
- •Participate in complex negotiations for clients
- •Offer distressed M&A advisory
- •Advise on debt and equity raising in stressed situations
- •Prepare and analyze historical and projected financial information
- •Create financial models
- •Coordinate and perform business due diligence
- •Prepare confidential information memoranda and management presentations
- •Develop marketing pitches and other presentations
- •Conduct preliminary valuation analysis to support discussions
- •Lead planning and execution of marketing engagements
- •Build and maintain relationships with clients and advisors
- •Supervise junior staff members
- •Assist in marketing and planning of engagements
