- •10+ years of experience in talent, career, and performance management
- •Deep knowledge of career development frameworks and performance management strategies
- •Strong ability to influence and collaborate across all levels
- •Exceptional problem-solving and conceptual thinking
- •Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- •Outstanding presentation, facilitation, and workshop moderation skills
- •Experience leveraging HR technology and analytics
- •Familiarity with working alongside co-determination bodies
