# Associate Director SCM Compliance Mainz, Germany   |   full time   |   Job ID: 9003 We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Director SCM Compliance, who will lead, manage and develop the Supply Chain Compliance team to ensure full compliance with GxP regulations and standards. The role is responsible for monitoring SCM activities from a compliance perspective, orchestrating the necessary alignment and communication between QA and SCM. The position requires a high level of decision-making authority and influence across departments. Your tasks and responsibilities: •    Ensure compliance by leading and developing the SCM Compliance team, always up to date with changes in relevant GxP regulations and adaptation of best practices •    Coordination and timely execution of quality related measures, including deviations, changes and corrective/preventive actions. Creation and lifecycle management of training documents (e.g. SOP, WI). •    Support in qualification and validation activities for SCM related material, equipment, rooms, software and service partners •    Audit readiness, preparation and participation as SPOC •    Support with projects, product launches, claims and execution of risk analysis, while implementing globally aligned standards and utilizing BioNTech’s eQMS What you have to offer: •    Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a focus on Compliance or Quality.
