•Scale the Retail Media offering across DACH
•Grow and develop partnerships with suppliers, marketplace sellers, and agencies
•Lead the Sales & KAM team through the transition to data-driven impact
•Own revenue and pipeline for DACH, including forecasting and deal reviews
•Build and scale the GTM playbook for the DACH region
•Lead and coach a high-performing Sales & KAM team
•Drive strategic annual negotiations with partners
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Ad Tech, Campaign Management, and Data/BI
•Ensure strong governance with flawless CRM documentation
•Develop the Marketplace Seller new-business segment
•Build and manage the Agency Partner Program
