- •Drive program strategy and indication knowledge
- •Develop competitive strategies based on market trends

- •Coordinate with feasibility leads across programs
- •Lead regional Clinical Study Managers
- •Select countries for clinical program studies
- •Represent the region at global governance boards
- •Manage interactions with regional program stakeholders
- •Collaborate with regional GCP compliance teams
- •Lead relationships with patient advocacy groups
- •Conduct regular program and study delivery reviews
- •Apply expert knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines
- •Perform appraisals and provide performance feedback
- •Support development plans for direct reports
- •Contribute to hiring new regional talent
