Anforderungen

  • MBA, MSc or equivalent, Bachelor's degree in science preferable
  • Significant commercial experience in pharma/biotech, including rare diseases/specialty pharma
  • Great knowledge of TTR therapeutic area
  • Proven experience of supporting/driving successful product launches
  • Outstanding understanding of specialty care commercialization in international geographies
  • Several years of experience in marketing/commercial strategy
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Relentless external focus on market and customer insights
  • Outstanding strategic thinking combined with strong execution leadership
  • Intellectual agility to handle complexity of countries
  • Inspirational leader able to energize and motivate teams
  • Organizational flexibility and outstanding listening skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities including fluent English
  • Matrix and line leadership experience, ideally with people management experience
  • Broad understanding of biotech/pharma operations
  • Strong network/matrix stakeholder communications skills
  • Ability to ensure a high performing cross-functional regional product team
  • Excellent understanding of compliance, regulatory, and legal rules for commercial activities
