Anforderungen
- •Degree in Food Science or similar
- •Knowledge of food safety management systems
- •Leadership experience in FSQA function
- •Ideally category-specific food manufacturing experience
- •Stakeholder management and communication skills

- •Develop and communicate food safety strategy programs
- •Drive systemized quality improvements within the category
- •Establish standardized processes and compliance controls
- •Evolve supplier management practices to elevate quality
- •Lead international FSQA compliance program implementation
- •Utilize data analytics and metrics for decision-making
- •Align international FSQA strategies, OKRs, and KPIs
- •Collaborate cross-functionally to improve operational standards
- •Lead the business crisis management team during incidents
- •Build strategic relationships with industry stakeholders and authorities
- •Incorporate legislative changes and best practices into systems
- •Develop risk management strategies for new market launches
- •Embed a food safety and quality culture across teams
- •Manage and develop a team of FSQA employees
