Anforderungen

  • Over 20 years of tax accounting and reporting experience
  • US GAAP and business combination experience
  • Detailed knowledge of Oracle HFM systems
  • Familiarity with a broad range of IT/accounting systems
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance, or law
  • CPA qualified or equivalent tax qualification
  • Post graduate qualifications in taxation or financial discipline
  • Minimum of 20 years of significant tax experience
  • Experience in international tax with exposure to multi-national groups
  • Experience with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools
  • Specific experience with Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
  • Ability to translate tax business requirements into change requests
  • Competence in coordinating and implementing system enhancements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Lead and manage tax disclosures preparation and review
  • Oversee US GAAP tax reporting processes for key items
  • Investigate and manage variances in tax expense and provision
  • Manage cash repatriation process with Treasury and Tax Directors
  • Integrate Amcor and Berry tax systems
  • Implement tax data collection systems and policies
  • Collaborate with internal audit on tax risk programs
  • Develop and maintain internal controls and tax policies
  • Formulate tax policies aligned with Amcor Group procedures
  • Manage tax risk framework to monitor worldwide taxation risks
  • Support businesses in optimizing tax positions and processes
  • Assist in developing and deploying the group’s tax strategy
  • Implement strategic tax decisions and projects
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing tax strategy and function
  • Lead compliance with OECD Pillar Two requirements
  • Oversee preparation and filing of Country-by-Country Report
  • Partner with teams to design data collection and reporting processes
  • Provide technical analysis on global minimum tax rules
  • Monitor legislation and OECD guidance for compliance obligations
  • Drive process improvements and technology solutions for reporting
  • Lead tax input on cross-border issues with VPs of Finance
  • Provide tax advice and support on commercial issues and projects
  • Anticipate regulatory changes affecting tax profile and position
  • Provide taxation input for acquisitions and reorganizations
  • Manage legal structure and tax issues for group reorganizations
  • Ensure compliance with local jurisdictional tax authorities
  • Coordinate tax aspects of acquisition and divestment accounting
  • Develop and maintain internal controls for regional businesses
  • Support regional teams in identifying tax-efficient planning
  • Document transfer pricing methodologies for related party transactions
  • Ensure compliance with SOX Control Environment for Amcor Tax
  • Assess effectiveness of internal tax SOX controls
  • Provide input for Tax Risk register and updates to Audit Committee
  • Coordinate outcomes of tax reviews and audits across the group
  • Set team targets and expectations in line with company strategy
  • Foster a positive team environment through effective communication
  • Provide coaching and feedback for team development
  • Encourage teamwork and collaboration across functions
  • Monitor revenue law changes and analyze their impact
  • Build relationships with internal and external personnel
  • Enhance tax function profile through training and communication
