Anforderungen
- •PC literacy with MS Office skills
- •Experience with Veeva Vault and SAP
- •Experience with UL ComplianceWire and UL LearnShare
- •Ability to work on a computer remotely for extended periods
- •At least 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry
- •Bachelor’s degree in science
- •Master’s degree in science or equivalent work experience preferred
- •Extensive cold chain experience
- •Experience in commercial, technical development, and clinical environments
- •Regional experience in various geographical regions

Deine Aufgaben
- •Provide GDP/GSP expertise for global distribution of medicinal products
- •Implement quality processes into electronic systems like SAP and QMS
- •Develop and improve distribution systems and processes
- •Ensure adherence to GDP/GSP and regulatory requirements
- •Monitor trends in GDP regulations and integrate them into processes
- •Engage with teams to ensure quality in long-term planning
- •Support a culture of continuous improvement in quality management
- •Train and develop staff on GDP requirements
- •Advise Regional Quality teams on GDP/GSP matters
- •Drive consistency and standardization across Supply Chain and Distribution teams
- •Support audits and inspections for GDP/GSP compliance
- •Prepare for and manage regulatory inspections
- •Monitor key performance metrics of distribution processes
- •Cultivate relationships across functional areas and geographies
