- •Develop long-term demand and supply scenarios
- •Enable sales and profitability growth
- •Deliver criteria for portfolio and capacity decisions
- •Collaborate across Global S&OP on integrated demand
- •Maintain demand sets over a five-year horizon
- •Include volume and financials in demand sets
- •Identify demand and capacity risks and opportunities
- •Deliver updated scenarios to the Head of Supply Chain
- •Identify the most profitable and feasible scenarios
- •Support timely portfolio and supply point decisions
- •Lead the integrated demand process
- •Analyze gaps and opportunities against 24-month targets
- •Provide cross-demand support for the Bioconjugates strategy
- •Collaborate with Cross Demand Planners
