**Training Strategy & Execution**
* Develop and execute a comprehensive international commercial training strategy in partnership with the Head of Commercial Training & Development.
* Lead onboarding and induction programs for field teams, including e-learning and face-to-face (F2F) modules, with regular knowledge and skills certifications.
* Ensure consistent product, process, and compliance training across all international markets.
* Collaborate with Marketing to align training needs with brand launches & strategy rollouts.
* Partner with Sales Leaders to embed the ACE framework and drive field force excellence.
* Measure training effectiveness and ROI, using insights to inform future initiatives.
* Identify market-specific training needs and deliver tailored, impactful solutions.
