Anforderungen
- •5+ years of experience as a commercial real estate lawyer
- •Experience with ground lease aggregation, wireless telecom, or renewable energy projects
- •Qualified to practice law in an EU member state
- •Residence and work authorization within the EU, preferably Germany
- •Written and spoken fluency in English and at least one other European language
- •Fluency with technology including Office 365, Teams, Sharepoint, and Salesforce
- •Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to learn
- •Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- •Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
- •Outstanding oral, written & analytical skills
- •Respect for colleagues and sense of humor
