Anforderungen
- •Up to 2 years of work experience
- •University Degree (BA, BS, or BBA) with strong academic performance
- •Equivalent skills through work experience or self-study
- •Fluency in German (native) and English
- •Currently living in Germany or studying at a German University
- •Willingness to travel up to 20-30%
- •Ability to manage time in person and remotely

- •Community involvement or organizational leadership experience
- •Teaching experience as a tutor or classroom assistant
- •Programming experience or knowledge of Relational Database concepts
- •CRM System Knowledge (Salesforce preferred) and/or Document Management Systems
- •Fluency in another European language (French, Italian)
- •Legally authorized to be employed in the European Union

- •Collaborate with project teams and senior consultants

- •Participate in business process discovery workshops

- •Train customers on the final deployment
- •Create documentation for system requirements and design
- •Explain solutions to diverse audiences
- •Guide customer project teams in best practices
