- •Develop and execute asset management strategies for German assets
- •Oversee third-party collaborations and align operations with investment goals
- •Analyze market dynamics to create proactive asset management and leasing strategies
- •Manage letting operations, financial analysis, and external consultants
- •Handle tenant sourcing, lease renewals, negotiations, and contract documentation
- •Manage occupancy transitions for properties
- •Develop and oversee portfolio and asset budgets for compliance and optimization

- •Establish best practices and update standard operating procedures
- •Oversee capital expenditure contractors and property managers
- •Ensure accurate financial reporting from third-party managers
- •Review financial statements, budgets, and occupancy reports
- •Prepare portfolio performance reports and update financial models
- •Track investment targets and identify risks with proposed solutions
- •Conduct financial analyses and present findings to management
- •Support value-add capital expenditures and refurbishment projects
- •Manage budgets and oversee external consultants and contractors
- •Ensure timely inspections and compliance for projects
- •Advise on market positioning and oversee asset disposition
- •Coordinate data room preparation and exit strategies
- •Work with legal and advisory teams for smooth transactions
- •Monitor market trends and comparable assets for internal workshops
- •Support the investment team with underwriting based on market data
- •Represent the company to external stakeholders, including government and community groups
