Your Tasks
Supporting the Managing Director (Santander Consumer Technology Services GmbH) and CIO (Santander Consumer Bank AG) by

Assisting in administrative and organizational tasks

Internal coordination of requests (e.g. orders from the Executive Board or requests from the Group)
-
Intra-departmental coordination and preparation of committee meetings (e.g. Supervisory Board, Business Results meetings, Executive Board meetings, etc.)
-
Preparation, realisation/moderation and follow-up of cross-departmental meetings and planning of appointments
-
Preparation of professional presentations and decision papers
-
Creation of concepts, strategies and recommendations for action

Living a risk culture by continuously developing and maintaining a sense of responsibility in the proactive handling of risks within Santander
Your Profile

Successfully completed university degree, ideally in the field of economics
-
Initial experience in consulting or project management
-
Expertise in structures and processes in the IT / financial sector desirable

Maximum discretion in dealing with confidential information

Strong communication skills and assertiveness

High degree of responsibility, independence and flexibility

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills and above-average ability to work under pressure

Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

Business fluent in English, knowledge of Spanish and German is an advantage
