# Assistant to Director Research & Technology f/m/d (parental leave replacement)
In the Research & Technology department, we bring together experts from universities and research institutes with our teams at AVL to share know-how, drive new technologies forward and recognize technological developments at an early stage. Our goal: to further expand AVL's leading technological position through innovative products.
To support this exciting and dynamic environment, we are looking for a dedicated assistant (f/m/d) as a parental leave replacement.
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Assistance function for the Head of Research & Technology:
* Office management incl. scheduling & coordination (e.g. for meetings, workshops, conference participation)
* Ordering via SAP (creation of purchase requisitions, invoice control)
* Support with cost center controlling
* Planning and supervision of customer visits and internal meetings
* Business trip management (booking, coordination and support with invoicing)
* Coordination of job interviews and support in the recruiting process
* Interface and communication hub to all relevant areas of the company
**YOUR PROFILE:**
* Completed education (Apprenticeship in Office Administration or comparable professional qualification or Commercial Academy)
* At least 3 years of professional experience as an assistant
* Sound knowledge of MS Office, SAP knowledge an advantage
* Structured, independent and proactive way of working
* Organizational skills, social skills and flexibility
* Self-confident appearance and confident communication at all levels
* Very good knowledge in German and English

**Annual Remuneration:** Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €46,690.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
