You assist Senior Brokers in managing the entire brokerage process, from preparing documentation to coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring quality and organization throughout.

# Assistant Real Estate Brokerage Geneva (50-60% with potential to increase up to 80%) **Geneva** | **Part time** The Assistant plays a key role within the brokerage team in Geneva by supporting Senior Brokers across the entire process of successfully acquiring and closing (new) brokerage mandates for both, Commercial and Residential properties in the Romandie / French-speaking part of Switzerland. Furthermore, the Assistant ensures the highest standards of accuracy and quality in all relevant mandate documentations. ## IHRE AUFGABEN * Support Senior Brokers along the entire value chain and process, from the acquisition of new (brokerage / sales) mandates to successful transaction closing and documentation, for both Commercial and Residential properties * Assist in the preparation of acquisition pitches, sales documentation and data rooms * Ensure company standards and quality (incl. “look and feel”) are met for acquisition pitches, sales offers and documentation etc. * Support coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders, incl. organizing appointments (e.g. with prospects / clients / notaries / Julius Baer Real Estate Zurich) * Maintain data quality in the CRM software * Assist in maintaining accurate and organized (brokerage) mandate records and files * Contribute to the continuous improvement of brokerage processes ## IHR PROFIL * At least 2-3 years of experience in a relevant similar role within the real estate sector in the Romandie (French-speaking Switzerland) * Familiarity with and understanding of local real estate markets (French-speaking Switzerland, focus Leman region) * Completion or in training of real estate-specific further education would be advantageous * Independent, accurate and structured way of working * Hands-on mentality while paying attention to detail * Knowledge of industry standards and regulations would be advantageous * Well-developed presentation skills and perfect command of MS Office (especially PowerPoint) * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in French and English, good command of German would be a benefit
