# Assistant f/m/d - Office Management and Accounting (part-time)
Are you an organizational talent with an eye for detail, do you have accounting experience and would you like to immerse yourself in the world of IT service providers? Then we are looking for you!
In this **position (part-time position, 30 hours/week)**, you and a colleague will support the e1 Business Solutions team in general office management (approx. 70%) and also make a significant contribution to the smooth running of the accounting (approx. 30%).
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Professional support of the Global Head of Core Applications and the team as an assistant (approx. 70%):
* Preparation of important documents (including presentations, briefing documents)
* Appointment management, with proactive advice on upcoming appointments
* Reception of guests as well as communication interface to internal and external stakeholders (in writing, by telephone, in person)
* Planning and organization of internal events (requirements, orders, incoming goods etc.)
* Processing (administrative) inquiries from management and team members
* Office supplies management
* Occasional business trip organization (incl. organization of required visas) and expense reporting)
* Accounting, budgeting, billing for IT services of e1 Business Solutions GmbH (approx. 30%)
**YOUR PROFILE:**
* Completed training (apprenticeship, vocational college) with a focus on the commercial sector
* Practical experience in accounting is ideal
* At least 3 years of professional experience as an assistant
* Knowledge of MS Office tools (such as Outlook, PowerPoint) and SAP
* Very good time management and ability to prioritize daily tasks
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
* Independent, detail-oriented way of working
* Team player
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Very good knowledge in German and English

**Annual Remuneration:** Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €46.690,00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
