- •Support implementation of key Omnichannel initiatives
- •Manage development and execution of performance monitoring mechanisms
- •Define and share best practices for Omnichannel processes
- •Drive development and delivery of operational and financial reports
- •Assist in testing and implementing SAP transformation project
- •Implement effective demand management processes
- •Deliver training and materials for efficient operations
- •Document key initiatives and update local guidelines
- •Review and update existing policies and standards regularly
- •Organize meetings to inform and motivate the organization
- •Represent business interests as an ambassador to counterparts
- •Manage the Europe Digital Retail Champions Program
- •Support Retail Operations team with additional initiatives
