Deine Aufgaben
- •Gather and evaluate consumer feedback on fit, comfort, quality, and performance
- •Translate feedback into recommendations for product development
- •Represent Testing in seasonal briefings with Marketing and Development
- •Allocate perception tests based on intended use and consumer profile
- •Manage workload and prioritize tasks using the workload tool
- •Support issue resolution during the testing process and escalate to Senior Manager if needed
- •Assign questionnaire modules in collaboration with external IT provider
- •Plan and execute perception tests according to adidas’ Testing standards
- •Analyze test results based on consumer feedback and product condition
- •Assess risk levels of claims and defective returns
- •Write test reports with recommendations for Development and document in systems
- •Determine if products can proceed in the creation process based on test results
- •Share and discuss test results with Development, Marketing, and Design
- •Review and decide on execution of outline test requests
- •Create seasonal summary reports and overviews upon request
- •Provide input for test standards and procedures to Standards and Compliance experts
- •Support global initiatives related to Product Testing
- •Proactively recruit new product testers through events and networking
- •Review online applications for product testers and select suitable candidates
- •Set up and maintain product testers in the central system
- •Collect signatures from product testers for relevant processes
- •Ensure compliance with data protection rules during testing
- •Order, unpack, prepare, and ship product samples for testing
- •Organize storage of product samples according to policy
- •Maintain Testing facilities and devices
