# Assistant (Client Adviser Support ) - CEE Team
**Zurich** | **Full time**
**Overview of Role**
We are seeking a passionate **Assistant** (Client Adviser Support) to complement our **Central & Eastern Europe desk**.
**Responsibilities**
* Providing general support in the management of an existing client portfolio
* Provide support to senior client advisors, mainly in the field of:
* respond to all type of client requests and respond in a timely fashion
* receive and process trading, deposit, FX orders from clients
* prepare documentation for client meetings
* monitor progress of tasks and independently ensure prioritization
* Prepare and process account openings, incl. support in the KYC process
* Close co-operation with various departments particularly in Zurich, including other Private Banking teams, Investment Department, Credit, Payments and Securities Administration
* Coordination of meetings (internal and external) and in house client events
* Provide support with marketing prospective clients, such as
* research and qualify potential clients from extensive contact list
* prepare marketing letters and diarise to follow-up
* assist with preparing investment proposals
* Providing support in the management of an existing client portfolio
**Education and Qualifications**
* Commercial or High School degree, bank apprenticeship or similar
**Experience, Skills and Competencies Required**
* A minimum of 3 years of banking experience required
* Highly self-motivated with a can do attitude
* Understanding of investment/financial markets required
* Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) are a pre-requisite. German, and any language from the CEE region is a plus.
* Reuters, Bloomberg and Avaloq experience is beneficial
